Only showing time/daye

Kids Fitbit only showing time/date.  Can’t scroll or tap to other features.  I can’t get it to do anything else.  It’s fully charged.  Any ideas?

Had same problem did you find out  any more information. I have emailed  fitbit direct and no  reply

Hi, yes I did you need to charge the Fitbit and hold the side button in until you get a smiley face, then it should reset. Hope it works. X

Charge your fitbit whilst its plugged in hold the side button for 5 seconds until a smiley face appears this resets it. Hope this works.
