My son got a fitbit ace 2 for christmas. The touch screen is no longer working, so it has none of the features. It also doesn't seem to fully charge. It has been plugged in all day and hasn't got above 70%. Has anyone else had this issue and, if so, what fixed it?

Yes one of my girls Fitbit ace 2 which I bought for Christmas just vibrates, no display at all.  Going to try to reset it and see if that helps.  What a huge disappointment.

I eventually managed to find out how to get it to reset, tried that, and it
seems to have worked. Fingers crossed that is the last of the problem
