Terrible devices for children unless you buy an ace. Nowhere does it advertise this - If you buy a device which is not an ace (we bought an inspire 2) it will not connect to your child's phone while parental controls are in place. After no reply to an e-mail, calling & live chat I've got no solution other than remove parental controls - this is not an option for a child with additional needs.
