I'm having the same problem. I can get to my son's profile but there's no option to upgrade or delete and it won't let me switch to Google until I 'deal' with the Child account linked to me. And the clock is ticking to move over! Help please too.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jestmeo@Amelm. I'll be happy to assist with removing your child from your Family account.

If you sign in with a Google Account

  1. Sign in to your child’s Google account.
  2. In a browser window, sign in to your Google Account.
  3. In the Data & privacy tab, find the Download or delete your data section. Click Delete a Google service.
  4. Choose Fitbit and follow the on-screen instructions to delete your child's information from Fitbit.
If you sign in with a Fitbit login

Guardians can delete their child’s Fitbit account by removing them from the family account.

To delete your child’s Fitbit account:

  1. Tap the You tab.
  2. Tap Family.
  3. Under your child's name > Delete Profile.
  4. Confirm you want to delete the account.
  5. When prompted, enter your password.
  6. Tap the link in the email you receive to request to have the account deleted. Note that the email is sent to the guardian who deleted the account.

If you change your mind, you have 7 days to recover the account. To do so, switch to kid view in the Fitbit app and tap Recover.
