Sending messages to ACE

I see on my phone through the fitbit app that I can send messages to my children.  However it does not come on their ace when I do send one.  Is this a possibility  for me to message them or only of they are on the fitbit app are they able to access the messages?

Hi, @kellya22! There is a chat function within the app, that's what the messages refer to, not something that pops up on their tracker.
