Sleep hours not displaying

My daughter has a ace 2  however the icon on her watch does not display the sleep hours. When sync app on my phone shows it correctly 

we have 

restarted fitbit

checked the fitting 

changed clock face

however nothing helped and the icon is gray on her watch .

i have seen that many people have the same issue however no one seem to have a solution to it .

can I ask for help please ?

Hi @Motherofone16,

 

Sounds like you need to sync the watch in order for her to see her sleep data on the watch.  Have you tried that?
