Sleep is not showing on tracker

Hi

My son has had his Ace 2 since December and after the first week or so of having the watch he has not been able to view his sleep stats on the watch face.

It is tracking his sleep (we can see this when viewing his profile on our ipad) however the sleep icon on his actual watch is constantly dimmed and showing --

I have tried a reset of the watch but this doesn't seem to have made any difference.  I have looked through this forum for any clues and throughout all settings.

All other apps on the watch are working fine.

Any hints as to what is happening?

Much appreciated.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your son's sleep is not showing on his Ace 2. Thank you for confirming that his sleep is showing in the app. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. I would like to confirm that our team is aware of this issue and we are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

I am sorry for any trouble. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Some users report that changing the clock face to, for example “just time”, resolves the issue. If you would like to try that, you can change the clock face by following these steps:

1. With the tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
2. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
4. Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2.

Is there a fix for this yet?? Changing the clock face did not work for us. We can no longer see the sleep status on the device itself, but we can see it on the app.
