I guess from the huge amount of responses that this won’t get fixed, but I’ll try again.
my daughter had her Fitbit on Monday for her birthday, but due to the sleep 💤 app not working on her Fitbit, her Fitbit stayed with me last night.
can you confirm this is a fault with this product?
The advice given to previous customers to not use certain clock faces etc should not occur in this product.

I am glad to assist you with your concern about the sleep feature on your daughter's tracker which she received as a gift. In order to investigate the issue, I would like to confirm if you're able to see your daughter's sleep on the app if she wears it at night?
