The sleep tracker is not showing on my phone but is on the app. I recently changed from an Android phone to an iPhone could that have something to do with it? If so how do I fix it?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with tracking sleep. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I appreciate the additional details. Could you please provide the model of your Fitbit device and confirm the details of the issue? Do you see your sleep in the app, but not on your device? I will be glad to investigate and help.

Hi @SunsetRunner, thank you for your reply.

I appreciate the additional details and recommend trying the following:

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  3. Try changing the sleep setting to sensitive: What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?

If the issue persists, please confirm the model of your Fitbit device for me to investigate further.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
