Hi, we recently travelled to Italy from UK, adjusted the time settings and kids were very happy that the step count changed to tell them their exact steps i.e. 8235 whereas coming back to UK and prior to our visit step count says 8.2k.

the kids much prefer the exact count as they know how close or far they are from their target is there anyway to change this back to record exact steps rather than UK mode??

thanks Emma

Hi @SunsetRunner , it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums! Let me help you with your inquiry.

Ace has several clock faces available in horizontal and vertical styles. I recommend trying to select one of the horizontal clock faces to be able to see the exact step count. Your children can change the clock face in the Fitbit app. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
