I got a Fitbit to join my daughter who was using my phone. Now that I added my Fitbit it is cumbersome to switch views. Logging her sleep and  mine. I read a forum that started over a year ago???!? Did it get fixed?

Thanks for sharing that you and your daughter are part of our Fitbit family! I know how you feel about the process to switch from kid to parent view and appreciate you for sharing your feedback. Currently there isn't an option to prevent being asked for the password when switching accounts, or facilitate the syncing process for both accounts. Please know that our team often reviews the Community to work on our services based on our members comment, and this feedback will certainly be taken into consideration to improve this process.

 

I was making some research and was able to find these two feature requests that you might be interested in:

Child to parent view without logging out

Automatically sync all devices linked to one account (when in range)

 

Please add your vote for these ideas and leave a comment to show support for it. The more votes and comments an idea has the more visibility and momentum it gains. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs.
