This platform is so frustrating. I have synced my daughters Fitbit twice this evening and the app isn’t pulling her steps today🙄. She just started wearing it again since Christmas. Initially she lost interest because it was pretty much useless and now we’re remembering that.

I am having the same problem. I have restarted my fitbit as per trouble shooting page, Bluetooth says there is nothing to sync to - computer and phone is syncing just not to the fit bit - Hasnt for around 2 weeks
