This link is very prominent on right side bar.   

Manage Family Account

it is supposed to go to here:  http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2347/

It redirects to something unrelated to Family accounts.

https://myhelp.fitbit.com/

because the "important link" doesnt exist.
