Time wrong on my Ace 3

It's set to London time on app but fit bit still says wrong time

Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ace 3.

 

To change the time on your Fitbit device, please follow these instructions.

 

If you continue having the same problem, I would recommend restarting your Tracker and set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1656018165568.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Family Account
  3. Tap Child account
  4. Switch to Kid view
  5. Tap your child profile picture
  6. Tap Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
