Two Ace’s on one device available?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have two children and I am trying to set up a 2nd ace on my family account. It kept disconnecting one and connecting the other. I thought it was just an issue with the new Fitbit, so I bought another thinking it would fix the problem. Well I tried setting the new one up and the same thing is happening so I feel like I bought an extra, that I didn’t need to and I’m guessing I can’t set two Ace’s up on one family account?

Please help if you know of a way. Thanks so much for any help!!
