Unable to change time on fitbit

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since setup the time has been  wrong.

I've followed instructions in settings, picked correct time zone and it is still wrong!

Also - my daughter's steps show on the actual fitbit but not on the app??

I've had nothing but trouble with this.

Hi, no not as yet. I might try & remove the watch & set it up all over again although not sure it will work. If I have any luck will post. To be honest I have found the whole set up rather confusing having to switch to each user, parent view/child view to sync etc...mind boggling!

I agree my 8 yr old got this for Christmas and I have set it up over and over again and reset the fit bit and still doesn’t work. I also can’t get her sleep track correct it says she goes to bed at 9 pm but that is not correct normally asleep by 7:30 pm. I have set the clock on the dashboard to 24 hr and still doesn’t work why is it so difficult!

Ahh so that won’t probably work with mine either. I actually purchased two! I have 10 year old twin girls. They weren’t particularly cheap either, ok they were on offer but £50 for a watch that you can’t change the time on! Also both watches do not receive call notifications either. I had a cheap one for Xmas & that works much better than these!

The call notification works as had to switch my daughters off as kept ringing when my phone did. You have probably done this but go into notifications and make sure all calls is switched on. I did a lot of research for this watch and ok I paid £44 instead of £64 as got it on offer but they should do what they are meant to. I think I will contact customer support to see what they say and do.

Yes I’ve made sure the notifications are turned on. I agree. I’m just frustrated I can’t change the time on the watch to 24 hr, everything else is a added extra but when u can’t change the thing that u need the most on it! I’m pretty sure it’s the device confusion between different users. Because u have to set a parent account up & the watch can only sync to one of those devices...think I’m confusing myself! I’m going to contact support to. Good luck, hope it’s resolved soon.
