My son's Fitbit Ace 2 only shows the clock's face when the button is pressed. It doesn't respond to any taps or swipes. The tracker is fully charged according to the app but can't check the % using the button. I tried connecting to the computer and pressing the button for 5 seconds and then release but there was no response. Any other ways I can try?

Hi, I ended up calling customer service. Try to plug in a different outlet and see if it resets. Also, set to sync the Fitbit with your phone automatically as it was recommended by customer service. Hope it helps.
