Unable to add new device Fitbit ace 3 using iOS app. We have tried in couple of iOS mobile app. Getting unknown error after click on get started. I click add new device, then selected the ace 3, after that it shows create child account instructions on that screen I click continue. I got “unknown error” pop up.

Please make sure to have a supported mobile device and the latest version of the Fitbit app (3.54 iOS and 3.53 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
If your mobile device meets the requirements but you are still unable to set up your Tracker, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
