Today my Fitbit and my kids fit it’s logged out. It took me ages to get each Fitbit to show the results of that child progress on their own phone and now I cannot work out how to do it again. At the moment it says ace on the Fitbit app but it has my step count and my sleep. Any ideas how they get to see their own data. Do they each need an account with their own email address? Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Helpsos.
I am glad to assist you with your concern about the Fitbit family account. Thanks for the details shared. Your kids don't need their own email addresses. To set up Fitbit Ace devices for your kids, you need to create a Fitbit family account and connect the trackers to a phone, tablet, or computer. I recommend checking this help article where you can find the steps to switch to kid view in order to see the child's stats and return to your Fitbit account: How do I see my child’s stats in the Fitbit app?
You can confirm the steps to set up and sync the trackers in this help article: How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices?
