My sons Fitbit doesn’t seem to be syncing. Each time we go into the app it says you must give Fitbit access to Bluetooth. Bluetooth is on and it says it’s connected to the ace 2. We’ve tried restarting the Fitbit, turning Bluetooth off and on and restarting his iPad. Has anyone else experienced this ? Thanks
