Ace 2 not syncing

My sons Fitbit doesn’t seem to be syncing. Each time we go into the app it says you must give Fitbit access to Bluetooth. Bluetooth is on and it says it’s connected to the ace 2. We’ve tried restarting the Fitbit, turning Bluetooth off and on and restarting his iPad. Has anyone else experienced this ? Thanks

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your son's Ace 2 tracker is not syncing. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this and providing the steps you've tried. Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app. Please make sure you have downloaded the new version by following these instructions

You can confirm the complete troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

For more information about syncing the Ace 2, see this help article: How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
