Hey, having a hard time accessing my boys' accounts online.  they're synced to my phone.   any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Mand1327. I am sorry for the delayed response. 

 

I am glad to assist you with your concern on how to switch from parent view to kid view. This option is available for the Fitbit app: 

 

  1. Tap the Today tab User-added image, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap My Family.
  3. Tap your child’s name.
  4. Tap Switch to Kid View.

To return to your Fitbit account:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab User-added image, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Switch to Parent View.
  3. When prompted, enter your password.
