My daughter’s Fitbit keeps randomly displaying Go Go...I was wondering what that means?

I think it might be a "Reminder To Move" meaning she hasn't taken the 250+ steps that hour.

@G_Tsang Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I apologize for the late response by the way.

Regarding your inquiry about the message that your daughter's Ace displays, is a reminder to move as my friend @DramaQueenDiva mentioned previously. Please check out the page number 15 of the Ace manual which explains more information about these messages.

My Fitbit Alta Hr also displays the message ‘Go go!’ But I have the reminder to move setting turned off. To be honest, it’s kind of getting annoying now. And I only bought the Fitbit around a week ago!

Just like @Sabbyhou I also get this message on my Alta HR, but only when I pick it up after it has been sitting for a bit. I do not have notifications on or move reminders so turning those off won't help. Besides, the Reminder to Move looks different and I didn't really mind it

I have tried setting a personal message, but that doesn't show up at all anymore. I used to be greeted by a happy smiley, but now it feels like I am being goaded every time I pick it up. I stopped using it regularly when this started happening, and only reluctantly put it on when I can't use my phone and need an actual watch (while covering the face so I can pretend the message isn't there).

Please give us a way to turn this off! The statistics used to be more than good enough encouragement to use it, but now even that can't outweigh the burden of being goaded by one of my gadgets.
