Doe the Ace 3 have an actual run or swim feature?  It shows it does in the “how to use” but I am not able to access. I tried 3x to chat with the fitbit people to no avail. They logged off an provided no answers. This fitbit really really sucks. I regret buying it for my kid.IMG_8078.jpeg

Hello @Broger3 and welcome to the Community.  I found this thread on the topic.  It looks like the manual is wrong and wasn't fixed.  Sorry that you had a bad experience with Support.
