100% charge- but not working

I charged my Alta on Friday night. 100% Sat morning. Put it on, tapped the screen. Nothing. Charged it again and the same Sunday. Any tips or is it broken?

Hi,

Mine is doing the same, I charged it fully on Saturday and on Sunday morning the screen wouldn't come back to life.  I charged it again and it did the same overnight - the Alta has charge, it just needs me to add the power connected to re-life it . . . extremely annoying!
