ALTA HR Synicing issues

So i have had this fitbit less than 1 year, My phone broke, got a new one, synced it no problems.
Got ANOTHER new phone, synced with no problems.
Now with my latest phone i noticed 2 months later it wasnt syncing anything.

I have been tinkering with this thing for almost a month now, reading forums posts etc..
I tried EVERYTHING besides smashing it with a hammer.

You guys wanna know what fixed it?
I synced it to my old phone, and then unpaired and retried with my current phone and now its letting my sync it.

I don't know if the problem is fixed completely yet, but i thought i'd post and share my findings with the thousands of other people having problems.

It synced but now it's having a different problem. It doesn't sync at data
even though it's connected to my account again.

A friend gave me an inspire hr, I'm just not going to update it, since
that's what probly broke my alta.
