Why all of a sudden does the App not show my steps? I e tried editing my settings but activity has no button to activate? Is there anything I can do?

@Lins_ey1 are you saying that none of your steps are being recorded, or is it that none of your activities are being marked as runs, walks, etc?

My Fitbit also refuses to sync. My device is recording steps but my Fitbit app only acknowledges the sync data from 3/27/20. I have ensured I am using the most up-to-date version of the app and have adequate network connectivity for the devices to communicate. Did you sunset my device? My step counter plays a material role in multiple of my healthcare and insurance plans so if you are not able to resolve the issue within the 14-day sync limit for my device it will have financial consequences for me. Please advise.

Not knowing what type of device you sync through I can send you to Help. No we as your fellow Fitbit users did not do anything to your tracker.
Your tracker also has a 30 day buffer, not 14 days.

Haha! I appreciate the levity. This is the site I was given by my Fitbit app for tech support so I assumed it was my contact method for getting in touch with them. Looks like things have changed from what they published in my user's manual!
I'll give that Help section a look. I appreciate the response!
