I am getting a blank screen. It shows notifications when charging but not time. When disconnected it doesn't show nothing at all. I think it only tracks calories burned on the app but i don't see how if it doesn't track steps or distance. It's an alta by the way, I also tried un pairing and reconnecting but that didn't work either. My device does not want to reboot. I press the button 3 times and nothing.

Hi @Felix3 I'm afraid it sounds as if your Alta is dying. If several restarts dont help then there is nothing else you can do. Sorry.

I just bought it though. I only had it for 3 weeks. I bought it from Amazon.
