Alta Charge

i can no longer read my Fitbit Alta outside, even in the shade.  tried restarting, but no change.

now, i cannot seem to charge my Alta.  can's seem to get the charger to connect to alta.

any suggestions?

Hi @episakie  your post was moved to the Alta forum area for more relevant responses. I have an Alta HR myself and have found that it's hard to read outside, too. It used to be a bit brighter, but it's a few years old. As for the charger issue, you try cleaning the connection points on your Alta and charger?

yes, i have cleaned the connection points and the charger points.

Not sure what to tell you on the charger. Is it the original one?
