Alta Display

The display on my Alta is very faint. I can only just make out the display in a very dark space.  I’ve tried rebooting but it makes no difference. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi @Libby19 as they get older, the Alta series did seem to have those of us who got dimmer screens. My Alta HR did that, too. I now have a Luxe, which has a brighter screen and is much better for me. There really isn't a solution for the screen dimming. Sorry.

Many thanks for getting back. I did wonder if that was the case but at less than 5 years old had hoped there might be a solution!

@Libby19 almost five is a good age. Mine was a bit over two years when it started growing dimmer.

@Libby19 five years is amazing! My Alta HR lasted about three and I thought that was pretty good.

 

The Luxe and Inspire 2 are both nice, if you're looking for another small tracker. If you do some research online I bet you can find something that would work well for you.
