Alta HR Screen Black

My Alta HR screen just went black.  It's 4 years old.  I tried resetting it by pressing the button on the charger 3 times, but nothing.  I noticed quite a few others are having the same problem.

Hi @MIGirl  four years is a good life span for the Alta HR. I had one, but it was still doing well when I switched to the Luxe. If you've tried restarting it a few times, that's about all you can do.
