Alta HR active minutes inaccurate

I did a 37 minute power walk/ run up and down stairs inside and outside my home. Fitbit Alta HR only recognized 24 minutes of the activity. I recorded also on Samsung health app. Samsung recorded full 37 min. I have auto recognize walk and run in Fitbit.
