Alta HR added steps while charging

I plugged in my Fitbit to charge overnight and it added about 7,000 steps. Is there any way that I can edit and remove those steps? I can't seem to figure that out on my own. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for getting back, @lucent_hollow.

I understand how are you feeling. Can you please tell me where did you leave your tracker charging? Was there anything that might vibrate? Keep in mind that vibrations might be taken as steps? Have you tried to leave your tracker is a different place?.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Yes we figured out why the steps were there. I charged it on a computer and
the fan probably vibrated it. While I will not use that to charge it again.
I wish I did not have an extra 7000 steps I think it was. I would like my
steps to be accurate. I want to remove the extra steps and you guys cannot
help me. I find that frustrating.

All the steps tech support lead me through were unsuccessful since the
fitbit itself never registered any steps, therefore they cant be removed
apparently.
