My Alta hr display has been going sim for a while now. I woke up this morning to my alarm but I couldn't see the display to turn the alarm off. I tried to restart it when the display was dim but it didn't do any good. The battery is at 40%. When I plug it in to charge, the display does not come on.
Is there anything I can do to make the display come back on?

Hi there, @Bobbin1025. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Alta HR before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. @NellyG Thanks for your help!
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.

Hi @Bobbin1025 It doesnt sound good, but try restarting it a few more times. If that doesn't fix it, it has sadly died. Time for a new one!

Thank you for your help
The display still didn't come on
The tracker still alerts me - I just can't see anything.

@Bobbin1025 Thanks for getting back. Please note if your Fitbit device is still syncing, you can change the clock face through the Fitbit app even when the screen remains blank.
See you around.
