Just wondered if anybody had any suggestions. Whilst trying to sync my Fitbit to the app on my phone, my Fitbit screen went black and has not responded since. It was near enough fully charged at the time so it shouldn't be an issue with the battery life.
I've seen a few suggested fixes such as forcing a restart using the charging cable, but I've had no success with this. I've cleaned the Fitbit to ensure no debris was stopping the charger connecting properly and I've now come stuck as to what else I can try.
Any suggestions?
