My Alta HR screen is blank, there is no display. I have tried resetting it numerous times and can feel the reset working but nothing appears on the screen. Is there any solution to this problem please?
ETA the device is still registering usage, as it recorded my sleep last night but there is no display on the screen

I have the same issue. Alt HR tracker screen went blank today and it doesn't sync.

Screen came back on ...charged it but its not tracking properly. Walk the same everyday 20,000 plus steps and it recorded 7800.
