Display started losing pixels and then full lines.
Battery started lasting only lasts a few hours.
Now the display is completely scrambled and indecipherable.
Resetting has no effect.

Hi, I have the same issue with my Alta HR display. It too is displaying garbage.
Issue initially started display not being bright. I reset the fitbit but did not help and now today the display is garbage. It still connects to iPhone, syncs, and steps are captured.
I initially reached out to fitbit support via Twitter and passed my info about the brightness issue and now coming here to see if anything can be done with the current issue of corrupt display.
I bought this fitbit back 2017 so past warranty.
Thanks
Wayne

I ended up getting a Charge 4. But now it's for nothing as the reason I wore a fit bit was for financial incentive from my work but I will never reach the active minutes goal with the new "zone minutes" on the Charge 4. It doesn't help when I can do a 10 minute walk in my "fat burn zone" and receive 0 zone minutes.
