The device just stopped working. I am restarting almost 2/3 times a day but it just stops working. This is very frustrating. I wish I would have spent little more bought something else which is more reliable. I wouldn't recommend Fitbit to anyone.

To better assist you with this, can you please expand a little bit more when you say that your device stops working? Is your Alta HR turning off or not tracking information? Thanks for the feedback that was shared with us but more information will be appreciated to move forward.

I gave up on the device and stopped using it. There is no display even if I charge it overnight. I can't see anything on device to tell you what's wrong with it. Only the light I see in the the device is back of the device and it's very bright (not normal). I hope it doesn't burn anything (maybe it sounds funny) and obviously I don't know a lot about this device. Anyways, please close this ticket and I am not going to buy/use Fitbit anymore and I am also not going to refer it to anyone. Apologize if I sound harsh but I am really frustrated, I was following the target religiously every single day if you look at my stats.
