Two days ago, the green lights failed and the Alta HR started cycling continuously through all menus. I could not get it to stop. I charged it and then it was frozen in the charging mode and could /would not move off that screen. Now it is dead completely . It's only about 6 months old . I called customer support and the call was answered by someone who maybe said two words and told me to hold on and then they hung up on me after about four minutes. I'm upset !!
