For past few weeks my device has had issues with syncing often saying device not found the past week it has happened everyday twice a day. I've done all the troubleshooting and I have basically been told by fitbit support that everytime it sync (so basically everytime I want it to) I have to go through all the troubleshooting steps!!! This is so frustrating only had the device 16 months! Oh and apparently its got nothing to do with the device its my phone that is only a few months old that is the problem

I had to get a new phone and I have had no luck getting the App to Find the Alta HR. It is charged. It is connected. It is on. I turned off bluetooth, rebooted my phone, and turned bluetooth back on again. It will not find my device. I removed the app, rebooted the phone, and added the app again and still no luck. Getting very frustrated! I am lost without my fitbit alerting me to text messages and phone calls!!
