I am just new I bought my Fitbit online got it last week and set it up yesterday with the app but **ahem** it won’t vibrate and charge on connection. I’ve tried the pressing 3 times and starting again but once unplugged it does not repo d at all and when I reconnect to the charger it indicates either an exclamation mark or indicates low charge. What can I do?
