Alta HR display and weekly report issues

I charged my Alta HR and it displays a full battery but after tapping continually the display doesn’t change. Please help. I did not get my weekly report on my iPad last week either.

If you are having problems with your tracker's display, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Now about the weekly report, have you checked your spam folder?.
