Hello, 

I have put the Alta HR Fitbit in charge after 6 months and it is not responding anymore. I haven’t used the Fitbit since past 6 Months. I have also tried the manual restart through the charger by pressing 3 times but it didn’t help. There is a Symbol comes with battery with esclamation mark on it. What shally I do now?

Lithium Ion batteries can be permanently damaged if not charged for a length of time. So I'm sorry there is really nothing you can do
