Hi @MoR65,
Do you have the Automatic Sync turned on in your Alta HR settings on your app?

Best AnswerFor Android, at least, it's because Fitbit hasn't updated their app to work with Android 11.
Look around the forum-- everyone's having sync issues. I feel like a broken record here:
With a Pixel 3 and Alta HR, things worked fine until Android 11 update. Now the Alta HR keeps losing sync/won't sync. Rebooting, 3 button press on charger cord, off/on bluetooth, reinstall app, unpairing/repairing Alta HR doesn't work.
Bought a new Inspire 2. Works fine.
Bought a brand new Alta HR from Fitbit store on Amazon. Wouldn't update firmware as it kept losing sync.
Called tech support, they had me pair with another device to update firmware, which I did with an iPad.
Paired again with Pixel 3, and again it keeps losing sync.
Not sure about iPhone, but I've seen a few posts here and there of people losing sync with iPhones.
Using another device just to use the Alta HR is NOT a solution.
