Alta HR freezing

My Alta HR have had problems with since having it. Certain parts were inaccurate and now its back to freezing up and not logging steps and workouts.

 

I worked out for 45 minutes today and it only logged that i did 14. I was doing a hiit workout with a 2 minute jog in place for warm up. These products are starting to discourage further use of any Fitbit tool. I have also restarted it multiple times to see if it helped.
