Alta HR has condensation inside

This is supposed to be waterproof! I had it in a 1.3m deep pool and now there’s condensation on the sensors and it won’t charge…any ideas what to do?

Hi @SezNzCan  see Page 35 of the user manual - click to go there. The Alta HR is not water proof. It's splash proof. So, since you can't change that it was in the pool, do the only thing you can - put it in a dry bowl of rice for 48 hours. Once the time is up, clean all the connectors and charge it. Don't charge it before you've gotten the moisture out because it can harm the battery. If you don't want to use the rice, there are products out there that absorb moisture from wet cellphones that might work as well.
