Alta HR has wrong time, steps, and calories... How do I reset?

My Alta HR does not show the correct time, steps or calories. Is there a way to reset??

I tried this earlier - connect your fitbit to the charging cord, press the little button (round) 3 times   it is supposed to restart.    It didn't work for me.  I am now syncing, so far that hasn't worked.
