Alta HR is not syncing anymore

Hellp,

My bracelet is not syncing anymore, i have tried all the steps mentioned.

Also i can t log in the mobile app.anymore.

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been experiencing to sync your Alta HR and to log in to the mobile app. 

 

Before considering other options, please let me know which are the steps that you already tried and make sure that you've tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems as well. In addition, please check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.  

 

Regarding the inconvenience to log in to the Fitbit app, please let me know if you're getting any specific error message.
