Hi!

 

My year and a half old Alta HR keeps randomly turning off. I cannot turn it back on unless it is charging/plugged into my laptop - it won't charge when I plug it into the wall and takes a long time to turn back on. It turned of 3 times in the first two hours I was awake today. It's really frustrating!

 

I am also only getting simplified sleep results.

 

This is my second Fitbit and I'm honestly wondering if I should switch brands instead of buying a new one every 1-2 years.
