About a week ago I was working and I noticed my Alta stopped working so when I got home I put it on charger, it would not charge so I took it off charge and left it for a couple of days then I put it back on charger and it charged completely but now the 2 green lights stay on underneath and drains the battery down quickly. Does anyone know what is going on with it and what I can do to fix it or get it fixed?

Mine started acting exactly like that about a week ago too. Looks like my warranty was only for a year (I got it for Christmas 2018), though the units sold in Europe the warranty is for two years.
If this is a known problem, I hope they'll replace it?
