Thank you for sharing this information regarding your sleep not being recorded.
Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you're referring to the regular sleep information or to the sleep stages?
In the meantime, if you continue to experience the same difficulty, please try to perform a restart following the steps listed here, this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
